Recently we had the experience to deal with the Caldwell’s regarding the sale of a home in Estill Springs, Tn. As we had already relocated to Minnesota we thought the entire process would become quite complicated. To our surprise the needed repairs to meet underwriting requirements and all other hurdles that we encountered we handled by the Caldwells in a very professional manner. The sale went through without much hassle at all. Relocating did not prove to be a problem when you have a reliable firm representing you. Thank you so much.
